PURE STEVIA EXTRACT POWDER

The stevia plant has been used as a natural sweetener in South America for years. This high intensity sweetener is made from the leaves of the plant species, Stevia rebaudiana. There are  a few  Stevia sweeteners on the market. At Trade Ingredients we only stock highly purified Stevia which is called Rebaudioside A (Reb A). This is the sweetest version and is 97% pure.  Stevia Extract Powder is 100% Stevia, the majority of the products you can find int he supermarket are Maltodextrin & Stevia.

Reb A is 400 times sweeter than sugar, meaning you only need a tiny amount to adequately sweeten any food/drink. It also does not raise blood sugar levels, making it the perfect sugar substitute for anyone who is trying to reduce sugar in their diet, lose weight or diabetic.

Stevia Extract Powder can be used to sweeten almost anything as it is highly soluble.  Various applications could be your unflavoured protein shake, any food or beverage as well as being great in cooking and baking as it is heat stable up to 180°C.
