We never hide or build delivery charges into the cost of our products. Nor do we make any profit from delivery charges.
What you pay for shipping is what the courier charge us. While most business customers understand this, sometimes the general public do not!
We do understand that delivery charges can be frustrating. However, we will never hide or build them into the cost our products. This would be cheating the customer and is a false economy.
For UK mainland orders we usually use Parcel Force 24 Hour Express (next working day if ordered before 14:00) As under the terms and conditions provided by our credit card processors, all deliveries require a signature. Therefore we can not offer standard Royal Mail postage.
UK mainland shipping: Prices are the same whether its 1kg or 25kg and is the same pice that Parcel Force charge us - £4.95
EU & Europe shipping: Most countries are the same price whether it's 1kg or 28kg and is the same price that Parcel Force charge us.
